Program Descriptions

Spring Saturday/Sunday Drill & Play

A disciplined, structured workout filled with skill work, fun games and teaching points for beginners through experienced players. Parents and fans are welcome to watch our controlled scrimmage time at the end of each session.

Boost Weeknight Workouts (Upper East Side & Upper West Side)

A popular workout that includes conditioning, ball-handling, individual skills, games, music, fun and an escape from homework. See our BOOST Video.

Mo’ Motion June Camps at The Brearley Fieldhouse (June 11-15, June 13-18 – half-day camps)

Summer-time hoops!  Just the right mix of Motion workouts and structure along with games and fun in a great facility–two courts, a curtain to separate drills, groups and games.

Advanced Functional Motion Training

A program to streamline and bolster the training for more serious basketball players grades 6-11.  Strength, agility, speed, core exercises and training tools.  Basketball drills incorporated into all of these strength and conditioning exercises taught by Mo, Ryan and Keris.  Upper East Side Location – 7:30-8:50 p.m. — 8 Wednesdays in the spring.
