Program Descriptions

All Fri-Sun Drill & Play Workouts Girls Gr. 7-11: Motion’s rigorous skills, drills and fundamentals workouts followed by some scrimmage and/or game time.  Friday night’s time slot may change depending on numbers from early workout 6-8 p.m. to late workout 8-9:45 p.m.  PS 75 court may also be used for position work.

Motion X Spring Training & Play Girls Gr. 7-8:  Invite-Only Motion X Program for advanced Girls Gr. 7-8 who are committed to spring hoops training.  (Email Mo or Ryan to see if your child is the right fit for this program.)  Options include any or all Fri, Sat and Sun workouts Girls Gr. 7-11 and scrimmages/games.  We expect 3-4 weeks of training camp followed by local games for 3-4 weekends, times and locations TBD.

Advanced Functional Motion Workouts Boys/Girls Gr. 6-11:  A program to streamline and bolster the training for more serious basketball players grades 6-11.  Strength, agility, speed, core exercises and training tools.  Basketball drills incorporated into all of these strength and conditioning exercises taught by Mo, Ryan and Keris.  Upper East Side Location – 7:30-8:50 p.m. — 8 Wednesdays in the spring.

Mo’ Motion June Camps at The Brearley Fieldhouse (June 13-18–Grade 5-8 Girls–afternoon session):  Summer-time hoops!  Just the right mix of Motion workouts and structure along with games and fun in a great facility–two courts, a curtain to separate drills, groups and games.
